Your fleet has had quite the metamorphosis since two years ago

Better rust-proof it as much as possible.

It’s ever evolving, although the recent “cars in ditches” trend has not been good.

My mom had a manual diesel wagon of that gen. I really liked it. It handled petty well for what it was, the interiour wasn’t much to write home about but everything felt solid, and it was quite roomy inside given it’s not really a huge car. I also like the looks. Nothing too shouty, just a clean and coherent design that works well.

Congrats!

Compression test, dump the pre-cats if you can.

Yeah you gotta show off on the cool versions we didn’t get over here :p

We only got the wagon with the V6. Mazda refused to sell a 4-cylinder 6 wagon here because they were jealopus that it would steal sales from the Escape/ Tribute and Ford’s other SUV’s

I like the photography on the second pic. It makes it look like a rendering

Pep Boys has a good deal $500 to install a clutch, parts and labor included.

It had 136 horsies, so it wasn’t exactly spectacular to drive. My guess is that this V6 which is a rare beast in Europe is much more of a blast.

And the reason why they never offered the 4 banger in the wagon makes me go facepalm.

Yeah but then you have a clutch that was done by Pep Boys.

I as the first owner of one of these.  Mine was a black V6 S. Same model year. This was the first car my wife and I bought together. She ended up driving it more, but I loved it.

I also had to replace the clutch. The procedure entailed engine rem oval. It was not cheap.
